LOL - I think Billy Kwong is one of those "environmentally friendly" types - hence the lack of lighting. Food sounds great though!

I forgot to mention it came out to around $50 a head for the non drinkers and $60 for the drinkers. Great value for money!

My dad’s a Chinese chef, so it is very tough for me to align value and magic in restaurant Chinese food! I found the flavours generally too heavy-handed and the meat dishes slightly overdone. That said, the ambience was cosy and warm, a great place to share dishes with friends. Had it been any cuisine other than Chinese, I suspect I would’ve been a raving fan, but I think I will stick to Chinese food at home =)
